The Super Duty MOD1 5.56 NATO 16 takes the trusted Geissele Super Duty design and makes it even tougher. The heart of the rifle is a cold-hammer-forged barrel made from high-grade steel. It has a chrome-lined bore and a phosphate coat to handle heat, rain, and rough use. Up front, you get the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556, so adding a suppressor is quick.

The Super Duty MOD1 Rifle stands out because of its Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Geissele coats it with a Nanoweapon finish that resists carbon and rust. The gas key is staked and torqued correctly, with chrome on the inside for smooth cycling. The Stressproof Bolt is cut from Carpenter 158+ barstock, which is known for its strength and fewer flaws. The trigger on the Super Duty MOD1 is the SSA-E X Lightning Bow. It has a clean, two-stage pull that helps when you want to break shots with more control. The lower is cut from 7075-T6 aluminum and comes with the Ultra Duty parts kit, an ambidextrous safety, and a sturdy trigger guard. The MK16 Super Modular rail locks up tight to the upper and gives a long, clean surface for scopes, iron sights, red dots, or clip-on night optics. The rifle wraps up with a B5 Enhanced Sopmod stock and an Airborne Charging Handle for a solid, repeatable grip.
